When will my products be dispatched?
All orders placed before 5 pm Monday - Thursday will be despatched the following day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday.
For printed products such as mugs and clothing, the turnaround time is 7 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of a delay, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you'd like to proceed.
What does the cost of postage and packaging include?
It includes the postage at cost price and then the cost of the packaging that we use. We have worked hard to try and make it as inexpensive as possible.
How are my products shipped?
Depending on size, quantity and your choice of shipping method, orders are shipped by Royal Mail or DPD for some print to order items if you choose this option.
The packaging for different products is varied, but it's all eco-friendly.
Clothing is folded into a clear, biodegradable poly bag and shipped in a grey recyclable mailing bag. Larger orders may ship in cardboard boxes.
Other products are shipped in eco-friendly cardboard boxes.
Will I be able to track my products?
Only if you’ve upgraded your service to the express choice.
Where can I find my parcel tracking information?
If you have upgraded to Recorded or Courier service then please email firstname.lastname@example.org for your tracking number.
When will my products be delivered?
This depends on the courier, but Royal Mail quote their standard delivery service as taking 2 to 4 working days for UK deliveries. The Courier option is a next working day service in the UK.
For products printed to order, please remember that there will be 3-5 days in addition to this delivery time.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & INT. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time.
If an order does not arrive, we always recommend checking at your local post office and confirming your address with us. Please also note that we must be notified within 25 days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.
Do you ship worldwide?
Not at the moment. We are a very young company and are currently only shipping to the UK.
Digital downloads will be available on the checkout page once you have placed your order. The link to the download will also be emailed to the email address you provide.
