Did you know that there’s more than 3,000 words that describe feelings and the average adult can only name about 25? The more words we know, the better equipped we are to help our children identify their emotions.
Help your children to grow their emotional literacy and understand more about the emotions they are feeling with this simple exercise. This activity helps children to develop emotional self-awareness and shows them ways of expressing their emotions. It’s also a lovely way of building a deeper emotional connection between you and your children.
